The first episode of The Legend of Zelda: The Legend Of Korra will premiere on the Japanese network Saitama Super, a source with direct knowledge of the matter said on Monday.
Saitama is the largest Japanese network, and is a key player in the anime industry.
The first two seasons of the series have aired on Saitamas SBS-TBS and SBS Kyoto, respectively.
The network has not yet announced an official date for the premiere of the first episode, which is scheduled to air on January 13.
The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds was a huge hit on the big screen, and has been nominated for a Golden Globe Award for best animated feature film.
It also earned nominations for four Emmys, including best animated short and best animation short for the animated short category.
